Okay – so after surviving what felt like finals week I am so glad to take a breath and share this special moment with you!!!
Guadalupe will be attending – Obesegenetics Training on Friday, May 3rd! This training will be held in Clackamas, OR and only costs $20.00 for 4 CEUS!!! Complete information can be found on the ACCBO Newsletter!!! Or contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
On Thursday, May 9th Guadalupe was generously gifted a scholarship to attend a Nicotine Cessation Training at the Sheraton Hotel!!! This could not have come at a more perfect time as I am presenting a presentation titled “Mindful Smoking” a Harm Reduction Model and THC vs. Anandamide at Portland Metro Treatment Center!!! I have had the grooviest time sharing brownies with attendees – mostly staff because my presentation was at 6 am – I listened to the feedback “People who smoke weed do not wake up at 6 a.m.!” So next month’s trainings will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 1 pm!!!
And of course on Friday, May 10th is Astoria Pointe’s Sam Darcy, MA, CAP and CEO presentation on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder!!!
I’ve added up my CEU’s and I have been blessed with 139 CEU’s in addition to the 16 CEU’s for these three trainings!!! More than enough to meet my re-certification requirement!!!
And -I am still being enormously blessed by beautiful individuals who have served our country at the Veteran’s Administration!
I must also acknowledge and say thank you to Tina K. Director of Portland Metro Treatment Center for being so generous to be flexible with my schedule so I may attend!!! I am confident I could get a job that pays more and is closer to home but these are the perks that money can not buy!!! Happiness has no price!!!
See Blessings Truly Do Abound!!! Bless Your Heart for sharing your time with Grace On You, LLC. Please look forward to training highlights on all three of these trainings!!!
Also – I would love to hear how you have been blessed!!!
