This is what reconnecting with our Baby Pink Lungs & Gums look like!!!

Another groovy of many success stories! Thank you Jacob S!!!

“Guadalupe,

It has been a couple of years since I took your smoking class and at
the time I wasn’t even in the contemplation stage. The class really lingered in
my smoking brain.

Today marks 501 days without smoking of any kind (and 2500
dollars).

This class probably will allow me to live longer and for that I
sincerely thank you.

Best,

Jacob S”

My Response

Squeal!!! Jacob S!!!  Thank you – your words are music to my
ears!  May I share your update with others in and out of PCC?  I will
only use your first name and last initial!

I want to stand at the rooftops and celebrate your huge accomplishment!!!

Jacob’s Response!

“Of course you can! I honestly never thought I could do it (quit) but
here I am and I’ll never go back.

Also, I’ve taken some of the funds saved and bought a bicycle. I’ve
since logged over 3500 miles. The high I get from that (cycling) smashes any
tobacco “high” I’ve ever had

If you were to tell me then I’d be one of those people cycling in the
winter I would have laughed.

The Baby pink lung thing is real and getting them
back and feeling them work again has been one of the best things I’ve ever
given myself.

Thank you! Jacob S”
